Apple Filled Crepes

Ingredients :
2 eggs
4 egg yolks
1 cup flour
2 cups milk
¼ cup oil
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup sugar
½ tsp nutmeg
4 apples
½ cup unsalted butter
½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions :
1. To make the mixture lump-free, whisk the egg yolks, sugar, whole eggs, grease, flour, and milk.
2. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray the pan with cooking spray.
3. Add one full scoop of batter to the pan with a 2 oz. Ladle or 1/4 cup, and then turn the pan to equally
distribute the crepe batter on the bottom of the pan.
4. Cook for about 20 seconds, and use a rubber spatula to flip the crepe and cook for another 10 seconds.
5. When you’re making the filling, set the crepes aside.
6. Every apple should be peeled, sliced, and cored into 12 slices. Heat the sauté pan.
7. Brown sugar is added after the butter has melted.
8. Combine the apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mixing dish.
9. Heat until the apples are moist but not soggy. Allow cooling before serving.
10. Placing the Crepes Together: Load about two teaspoons of apple filling into the core of each crepe.
11. Place them on a plate and serve.
